About Big Bend Wisconsin
Big Bend is a village in Wisconsin’s Waukesha County, in the southeastern part of the county. I-43 runs just north of Big Bend, while Fox River is to the south. The village was officially incorporated in 1928, and in 1941 its first police department was formed. Politicians James Tormey, Delbert K. Smith and David Craig all have ties to the village. Big Bend is in the Central time zone. The village is home to many businesses such as hair salons, restaurants, banks, dentists, a pharmacy, a realty and a post office. Students attend school within the Mukwonago Area School District. The village’s library has a historical book collection.
