I am an extreme asthmatic. I do breathing treatments and steroid inhalers every morning and night to stay alive. I am very careful with my health due to this condition. I came in to have my truck serviced as I thought the dealership would be following the mask mandate. However, there were employees wearing their mask on their chin and customers not wearing masks. There was a woman in front of me at customer service without a mask. I had hoped that your rep would ask her to put a mask on but she did not say a word to her. When it was my turn to go to the counter I asked her why she did not even try to ask the woman to wear a mask and the rep was very rude and said she could not force people to wear a mask. My issues is she did not even try to nicely ask her to put one on. I told her about my concerns due to my health condition and she showed no empathy or concern at all and just repeated that she could not force people to wear a mask. I bought my Denali from you last year and will trade it in and buy again in 3 years....however, I will never do business with your company again and will share my experience with others. I did take a few photos of what I witnessed and plan to file a complaint.

Very disappointed that I had to bring my truck in 2x for the same recall issue and it���s not solved. Modifications or not it���s doing the same issue that it went in for the recall. Just because you have larger tires in my opinion that shouldn���t make a difference. I will definitely not service my vehicle there in the future.

My husband took my vehicle in to have some items checked out due to purchasing it in March and with this COVID stuff not being able to get there any sooner. He was told that the buttons on the air conditioner were sticking by me and I asked him to have them help us. They said no it���s too late. Really this couldn���t be looked at? I also asked for a transmission fluid change with new filter due to the Yukon having 41,000 miles on it which I was willing to pay for. I got the quote on it and ended up paying much more because the service person didn���t add the filter in the cost when he quoted me the price. I have always loved Lynch, but after this BS I am not very happy.

I purchased my new Traverse in February and I came to the dealer for my Pit Pass check along with an oil change, filter, and rotation. This was all done quite efficiently in about an hour. However, I had just washed my vehicle 2 days earlier and the car wash given to my vehicle was left with all water spots on the paint and windows. I had to rewash and dry my Traverse when I got home. Also, I found a big sticky glob of some grease or something on my floor mat that I tried to shampoo and I was able to remove most of it but not all of it.

Kevin in sales was fantastic. He had the right balance between being a sales person and giving me a little space. That was a very good experience. One thing I'm miffed about: My dad is a retired mechanic and wanted to see the motor. So we pop the hood. On the front grill....two pieces that were not put where they belong after replacing the grill. They were just rolling around in the holding area. There was just enough windshield wiper fluid to cover the bottom on the container. I was hoping to have the routine maintenance and service there. This kind of work is just sloppy and leaves a really bad taste in my mouth about future service. Holz routinely "forgets" to replace screws and bolts on my husbands truck. Last time they left all the screws on my husbands windshield wipers. What is happening with Chevy's service????

Was sold a truck with a bad radiator had it fix in the process of it getting fixed they damaged my air conditioning condenser. Just had it in for bad abs issues replaced 2 hubs abs still gose into abs activation under light pressure pulling forward and backwards into my parking space. Peddle goes hard. Service tells me there's nothing wrong with the truck...
