Sue always kills it! Once again she went above and beyond to make a needed, unexpected repair easier to deal with when life already had me running in 10 directions. She was able to work with me to get me where I needed to go while my truck was being repaired and worked her hardest to get me fixed in one day. I don't give out compliments easily. She earns them every time. Thank you Sue!

The main reason for our visit was to have an oil change, tire rotation, and to check a safety light regarding the airbags. We were informed the cost to repair the airbag problem would be approximately $1000, minimum. We decided not to have this fixed and wanted to get a second opinion. Upon picking up our vehicle, it was noticed the tires were NOT rotated as I had marked the tires so I was fully aware if they were rotated or not. As noted they were NOT! I was charged for this. Why would a customer be charged for this if it was not done. The vehicle has low miles and is only 4 years old. The warranty was expired in January 2019. Rather than working with us to repair a defect, we were encouraged to purchase a new vehicle. We were offered a trade value but was minimal. We were extremely disappointed Lynch/GM chose NOT to work with a customer and a family member of a past GM employee. The sales person we had dealt with in the past, Brett, was honest with us and that was appreciated but his hands were tied and could not do anything for us. After talking with other mechanics, we were informed the cost to repair the problem would be much less than what was being quoted. As expected, we will not be having any services done at Lynch. Would we consider purchasing another vehicle from Lynch again, we are not sure. The value of a customer does not appear to be appreciated by all. Very disappointed...
I purchased my car last year but they still remember me like I was just in yesterday. They were fast and efficient and got my oil change done quickly and didn?t keep me waiting long. Great work and great people!
Service itself always seems to be top notch, but the time service takes varies wildly. Given how far out i have to schedule things, i would expect the number of staff they have on hand in the shop would adjust. This doesn't seem to be the case, where sometimes an oil change will take 40 minutes, other times im sitting for 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. My advise is to drop off your vehicle if you can, pick it up on your own schedule.
