Overall the experience was satisfactory. But I do have a few points to discuss: 1 - When discussing the work on my vehicle, I was told after calling to confirm if my vehilce was ready, was told the part came in "Bent wrong from the factory" How does that happen? Seriously, if the part is ordered correctly I would have to assume either the part was ordered incorrectly or wrong part sent. I guess I'm questioning the truth of that respond, but the work was complete and my heat system works! 2 - When I purchased my vehicle, I included a Maintenance package for Oil Changes & Tire Rotations. I have come in 3 times for the service and EVERYTIME I'm asked to pay for the work. This is starting to get really annoying, that you pay for service @ a dealership and First they don't have any record of it, cuz someone didn't enter the paperwork. But then after that 1st appointment it's still not being recognized in your system. I presently have 2 vehicles that my wife and I have leased & purchased from you and will be starting to look for another vehicle for our oldest daughter but really thinking about looking else where due to the experiences we are having recently. I personally work in a business that referrals are a key component to maintaining our business & reputation. I would like to continue using a local business and would like a follow up to discuss. I have been coming to the dealership for about a year to get my Cruze serviced and normally I leave happy but not so much this time. The tech didn't give me a run down of my inspection or what was done on the car, just handed me the paperwork by the receptionist and walked away. I had also asked about the cost for a rim leak check; he told me it would be about $40, but didn't ask if I actually wanted the work done or ask if I'd like to schedule another visit. Overall, not impressed with this recent visit.

The Costco program was responsible for initiating my experience with Lynch. My Salesperson was very responsive via email and upbeat during in person interactions. A couple items that could be improved were first, detailing the specific cost benefits of the program as it related to my purchase. I believe I could have gotten the same purchase price outside of the Costco program. Secondly, I do not consider myself an aggressive negotiator, however although I did voice my dissatisfaction with the trade in value I received, there was no budging by the Salesperson. I felt that my counter request was very fair. The later served to somewhat tarnish an otherwise pleasant experience.
