My experience at lynch mukwanago was very positive. Nick and Randy were both courteous and helpful with the purchase. I was trading in a 2009 Silverado that was in very good shape and well maintained. Jim went out of his way to get me a very fair trade in value for my truck. He made several calls to get an accurate value. Randy was very thorough in going over all the functions of the new truck making sure I new the functions and options on the new 2500. It was obvious to me that he is very knowledgeable with the current Chevrolet models being sold today.

Honestly the service was very disappointing. I bought the car from Lynch I thought making the 40 minute drive to your service department would be worth the trip, never again. I took a video of the issue that was happening on my 2025 Traverse with only 6000 miles. On arriving my son was told if the car was not exhibiting that very behavior at that moment there was nothing that could be done. He told the service manager that there were similar reports on YouTube. The service manager refused to even look. Instead my son spent an hour and half driving around trying to reproduce the problem. I coached him to go back and push the service manager. Why should I have to do this?? Finally the service manager went and got another person (maybe his manager) who told him to search the word “vibration” in the computer. Immediately the issue came up and could be reproduced and addressed. Why wouldn’t that be the very first thing that a service manager would do. I hope you can coach your staff.

Solved my problem as to reprograming my dash on my 2020 Silverado. Wish I would have received more of a cause of the missing odometer and Program Cluster error than what needed to be done. I am just hoping this doesn't continue to happen and was a one time fluke. Also, I paid with a debit card. Am I still supposed to be charged the 3% fee? Thanks.

My Service experiences have always been good at Lynch, but Pedro was fantastic this time. He helped me make an appointment that worked around my work schedule and as soon as I arrived at the dealership, he got me checked in and they began working on my vehicle. When they determined that the part that was needed was not in stock, they located it, and Pedro got me into a loaner vehicle so I could be on my way. Excellent customer service!

Brought my 2022 truck in due to a noise it was making. $1300 later got it home to find out it is still making the same noise. Inquired if a military discount would apply while checking out, was just stared at kind of dumbfounded and told yeah it doesn't look like it's on there as the charge processed. That said the service department staff were friendly and the accommodations comfortable while I waited. Typically have a good experience here, but this one has been frustrating.

Fantastic! I needed new tires on my Chevy Tahoe. Steve talked me thru my best options on the phone and had the pair I selected with his guidance delivered immediately. Steve made a super convenient appointment for me so that I was road ready for my upcoming road trip. Steve provided savings options for my purchase too by recommending sales incentives and GM credit card options that provided better pricing than any other outlet could match. I also get free tire rotation and tire protection by purchasing thru Lynch. Experience. For the past year and a half when I would get my oil changed I mention about a check engine light that would be on then off. You never offered to do anything about it until the warranty had expired. Hence costing me over 1 thousand dollars. I find that to be very interesting.

My experience was excellent as always with Renee. My husband bought a truck from her about a year ago and when I needed a new vehicle, I contacted Renee. She consulted the manager Edwin and was able to give me the best price, best price for my trade in, and best service. She was so thorough about going over on star and all the features. I sit back and laugh about my experience instead of feeling taken advantage of, which happens with car sales. Renee also has a wonderful sense of humor, which helps so much to make it easier for me. Also, another highlight was having my picture taken with Freddy Peralta. Also, didn't get an autograph, too start struck at the time, and Renee said she will contact me when he comes back, now that is really going all out for me, and I really appreciate and know she will do that. She is the best in all the ways I explained above.

I took my truck in and it ended up having a bad injector. They replaced the injector, but clearly didnt test drive or check to see if the problem was fixed because the truck went right back into limp mode when I picked it up. Didn't even get out of the parking stall. They then said they needed to replace a wire harness pigtail. Very frustrating coming in to pick up my truck multiple times given it is a 45 minute drive for me. Nice people, but they need to double check their work.

As always Scott’s group at Lynch service was stellar! Pedro and Pete are my guys! Pedro got me scheduled for my regular oil change and tire rotation. They also were able to update my mother screen which was glitching at times. They installed both air filters as well which cost more that I can get them for bit no install charge, which helped because we were leaving the next day to Florida… super helpful and great attitude by the whole team

I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and service for my car not running ok when accelerating. Once my car was inside to get checked in , I was informed that I need tires and I replied yes I know and I am getting them through Costco. the service dept. associate then asked why I don't get them from Lynch? I replied because I can save more, he then said , well I'm not even going to rotate your tires, they are balled! Well I guess because I decided to save my money on my tires gives this associate the ok to be rude .Plus I guess spending over $700 does not entitle me to a free car wash either.

I will never go back to your dealership for service. When we purchased our new car, the radio would not turn off the dealership said they’ll order a new one. We called several weeks later and they said it’s still on the way. We then called again a few weeks later and they said they never had one on order. When it finally came in, we were going to have it installed and their computer system went down. We rescheduled again and they said they weren’t sure if their computer was up and running yet they would call us when they knew it was. They never called us.

The service was pefformed at the level that I expected and timely. However I am disappointed that the copy of the 27 point review as expected to be performed by the tectnician is not provided to the customer. This makes the customer question whether the inspection is performed since it is not documented for the customer. The customer has no record on how the tires are wearing , how the brakes are wearing , whether the wipers need replacing, etc.

A little disappointed. Less than 6 weeks earlier I had my truck in for the same issue. Now I am not sure which sensors were replaced at that time other than 2 sensors were replaced. Now i had to bring it back in and two more sensors were replaced. I do know now that there are a total of 4 sensors. If they were 2 different ones why weren't they replaced the first time. If they were the same two, what caused the new ones to go bad?

Dealership was awesome, sales rep Renee Johnson very nice, sales manager Edwin fantastic. love the dealership GM Financial after this purchase, will never buy a GM vechicle again. Worst experience of my life. My credit score was 675, super low for me confirmed with a VW dealership credit score confirmed the 675 score. Heather at GM Financial said my score was 633 taking my payment from $376 to $492 so every time I make that payment for next 36 months will remind me how bad Gmfinancial is. My family has been buying gm products for 60 years, my dad worked for gm for 40 years. Only reason I bought current car was I was turning in a lease, had to have new car, had some damage to car dealership was willing to fix for n/c only reason I went with GM after being ripped of f by GM Financial.

The work done at the dealership was very good. I am disappointed though that GM can’t produce a fix for my infotainment system. It randomly mutes and cannot be forced to unmute.

This was my first service visit after buying a new $50k+ truck. Needed the required oil change & tire rotation. Scheduled a noon appointment...arrived 20 minutes early. Was immediately told that 'the guys' were running behind and it could be a longer than expected wait. Not a great way to greet a new customer, who had made an appointment. Also, not once was I asked how things were going with the new vehicle...any issues / problems or anything that needed to be addressed? - nothing! Didn't give me a great feeling about returning.

I had my Colorado in for an oil change and i was leaking a little oil. Pedro was so helpful letting me know what was wrong with my truck and what the options were. I left my truck at the dealership due to needing some hoses to be replaced. Pedro called me the next morning before 8:00 AM and stated my truck was ready to go that the technician stayed later and got the job finished. I had a funeral to attend later that morning and the time i had was very limited so I was able to go get my truck right away that morning. I deeply appreciate the service and concern for my time that was given to me from Pedro and the tech. Thank you Lynch Mukwonago !

I did make the smart choice to buy a more expensive, longer lasting warranty with the used Buick Envision from Lynch, and they have held to their word to try to exhaust all options before charging me an arm and a leg for repairs and replacements. Pedro in the Service Department is amazing (along with the other guys that I can't remember their names right now). I know that it's a bit of a haul from where I live (near the airport) but to have the amount of trust knowing that I'll be taken care of (and not taken advantage of as a single female) I'll drive the distance to get quality service and professionalism that you can't find in the Milwaukee area.

I personally didn't take our vehicle in - another family member did. But we talked about it afterward. The service was okay - comparable to other Chevy dealers. Things that I didn't like: The extra charge for "electronic data storage" which I felt was an add-on that I wasn't aware of or given a choice in the matter. Not worth it to me to pay an extra $3.50 for Lynch to "store the data about my vehicle" on their cloud storage via the Internet. Really? Definitely felt that this is a "money making idea" for the dealer - it's not a whole lot of money, but it's the point of it. When I called about how much an oil change was - that extra "storage fee" should've been mentioned as well as the cost for oil & filter disposal. I assumed the disposal fee was included. I shouldn't have to ask about any extra fees. Most places will tell you the price, and then mention cost of tax & disposal fee is extra. Misleading and not very transparent. I felt as if I was being "nickled & dimed." A car wash is supposed to be included with the service. Weather was rainy that day, not the fault of the dealer. But it was obviously pointless to wash the vehicle then. Do you not offer a "rain check" to come back when the weather is better? That would have been a nice option as well as good customer service. The consumer should be told what is and what isn't included in the price. Not after the fact.

My experience at lynch mukwanago was very positive. Nick and Randy were both courteous and helpful with the purchase. I was trading in a 2009 Silverado that was in very good shape and well maintained. Jim went out of his way to get me a very fair trade in value for my truck. He made several calls to get an accurate value. Randy was very thorough in going over all the functions of the new truck making sure I new the functions and options on the new 2500. It was obvious to me that he is very knowledgeable with the current Chevrolet models being sold today.

First time at the Lynch Mukwonago location. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. As soon as I rolled in, Peter was there to welcome me and check my vehicle in. He mentioned my vehicle was due for some additional services due to the mileage. So I had that done as well. The waiting room was comfortable. An hour and a half later he told me that my vehicle was ready. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they washed my car! Great customer service and care.

Had my truck towed in tech diagnosed it as catastrophic engine failure I bought a new motor you put it in and still had a noise service said it needed a transmission so now I have the feeling the engine wasn’t bad at all. Got the truck back it was missing bolts and nuts holding stuff down and all the factory wire holders and clips are broken and they tell me the only way to get the part is to order a complete wire harness but they haven’t I am really upset with lynch all together. Lynch in Burlington crashed my truck on a test drive after service was done so I decided to go back to mukwanago Lynch and the tech there could care less how he treats my truck I will be contacting a lawyer and fox6 to get some answers

All in all, Lynch did a good job dealing with the warranty repair and other services needed for our truck. Our truck was in the shop for more than 70 days for a warranty repair which was a little ridiculous, but the part we needed had no ETA. Lynch did help us get a loaner, but once we got the truck back the catalytic converter failed and we needed a new one. In my opinion it failed because of the warranty issue, but Chevy would not cover it, although they did discount the price of the part for us. Lynch did a great job helping us with everything and did what they could to get our vehicle back to us. Thank you!

Problem taken care of quickly. Understood the problem and took car to the shop to check it. Service advisor came over and verified the problem and explained what had to be done. Always had friendly and knowledgeable service advisors and other staff. Waiting area is nice and the popcorn is good. If repair would take long I was given a ride home and brought back when the car was ready. Never had to go back a second time for the repair since it was done right the first time.

I recently visited your service department for an oil change and to have a tire patched. The service writer who checked me in was courteous and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with another service writer, Steve Thomas, was the complete opposite. Before I even interacted with him, I witnessed him speaking rudely to another customer who was simply trying to pick up a vehicle. Steve snapped at the gentleman, demanded payment in an unprofessional tone, and walked away from him mid‑conversation. That behavior alone was concerning. My own interaction with him was equally disappointing. I was told my vehicle would be ready in about an hour and a half, so I left and returned after that time. After waiting an additional thirty minutes, Steve finally approached me to say there was “something loose” in the front end. He did not explain what the issue was or provide any details. When I mentioned that I had been reporting a front‑end rattle since the day we purchased the vehicle, his response was simply, “Oh well,” before walking away. It was only after my husband called to ask for clarification that Steve finally stated it was the tie rods — something that should have been communicated immediately. He minimized the issue by saying it was “no big deal” and that it would “probably” be covered under warranty. I then waited another hour for him to confirm the warranty status, and only received an update because I repeatedly asked. I could not help but feel that I was being dismissed and spoken to this way because I am a woman, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and unacceptable. By this point, I had been at the dealership for five hours. I asked whether a rental vehicle was available for the night, and Steve responded rudely that they do not offer that. He also did not allow me to retrieve my belongings from my own vehicle, which included items I needed for work the next morning. Every interaction with him was dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. Given that I brought up this issue at the time of purchase and was told it would be addressed, I should not have been responsible for a deductible. More importantly, no customer should be treated the way Steve treats people. His behavior reflects poorly on your dealership, and he is not someone I would want representing your business. I will need to bring my other vehicle in soon, and I sincerely hope I will not have to deal with him again.

All the people at Lynch are pleasant and treat customers with respect. Service for an oil change was very prompt. Their safety inspection also informed me that my brakes were near wearing out. It was my first time using your service department for an oil change on my new car. I was unaware that it was going to take more than one hour. I am used to having a 10 minute oil change so I was not happy that not only do I now have to schedule oil changes, but I had to wait an hour and 10 minutes to have my oil changed.

I asked chevy lynch to install a set of mirrors on my truck, they said it was no problem. When I picked up my truck I had lost power to the mirrors and my cab windows. Instead of backing up the work, I paid full price for a half working product. The mirrors were aftermarket but had all the proper wiring which I had shown to the service counter. Im very displeased with the service at lynch, and will not be working with them in the future.

I had an oil change scheduled for June 17th 9 am and scheduled approved extended warranty work for coolant lines. When I called at 3:30 pm nothing was done and was waiting for my tail gate to be approved through extended warranty ( I added the tailgate when I was there since it’s my work truck I don’t have much down time for it. Which advisors know) I was going out of town June 18th hence why I had the work done the day before I was told take majority of the day. When I called at 3:30 pm none of the schedule worked was completed. Explained again how I needed the truck back that day and need the oil change. Steve said he would have them get on it right away and call me once it’s done he’s there till 5:30. I didn’t hear from Steve so I called at 5:25 asked for Steve got someone else and they said it was done. Now I have to bring my truck back for a second appointment cause they didn’t get the work done. So I drop my truck off at 7:30 am June 24th to have my coolant lines and tail gate fixed through extended warranty. Ran into the same problem again didn’t hear from Steve so I had to call to get an update at 3:30 on when my truck was going to be done they just started at 3:30. I don’t know scheduled work get put off twice till the end of the day.

The purchase went well, but I was concerned about my online payments through GM Financial. I've had a lot of issues with this in the past, and I wanted it to be set up properly. It was not. After several emails back and forth with my Lynch rep, the problem was not solved and I was told to call a GM rep. After 10 minutes of struggling to understand the foreign service rep who could barely speak English, I was finally able to get my account in order.

My experience at Lynch was pleasant overall. When I arrived, I explained I was hearing a noise coming from the front brakes. After waiting an hour I was told that the repair would cost more than $400. I then informed the Service Advisor that I had the front brakes replaced there 8 months ago. At that point, he said he would check to see if repair was covered under warranty. I believe the dealership should have reviewed my service record before recommending a repair and providing an estimate. Doing so would have saved time and avoided unnecessary concern about the cost. While the staff was courteous, I was disappointed that my previous brake service was not verified from the start

The service, as always, was perfect. The only thing that was a little disjointed was the scheduling of services. I made the appointment through the app and it was confirmed via text message. I then wanted to add on a car detailing which I also did through the app and communicated about through texting. I asked for my options of car detailing and did not receive an answer via text. I looked it up on their website and chose. I communicated that through the text and heard nothing. When my husband went to drop off the car, they said they didn’t have it scheduled for the detailing despite my communication. It wasn’t a problem because they were still able to get it in the same day as the oil change. The communication via text was a bit funky, but it worked out anyway.

I continue to tell the department about my issues with my transmission which I believe is the torque converter and I keep getting the same story shrugged shoulders and a looks of oh well we can’t see it happening this after I tell them it happens when towing my gooseneck trailer. Sure your mechanic will not duplicate that scenario. Also it shifts hard at times it definitely has issues. Steering column still has a loose wobble feel at times but they can’t see anything wrong over and over. It just seems like they have no interest in fixing the truck.

Servicing my truck took an hour and forty five minutes. There were people coming in after me and leaving before me. Overall I wasn't overly concerned, because I was in no rush and wanted the service done correctly. When I got into my truck the "Change Air Filter " sensor went off. So it wasn't reset. I reset it. Also the old service sticker on the window was not removed. The new on was just placed over it I've been coming here with my and my wife's vehicle for service for years. I hope that i can continue the rely on the quality of service as i received in the.past.

When I called for the price of an oil change and when I went to pay was 11 dollars different. Had I known about the extra cost I would’ve had it done in Oconomowoc. And I purposely requested for the removal of the automatic door locking to be removed, they never did. You know word of mouth is the best advertisement, well you didn’t fare very well!! I doubt I’ll be back again.

Work order listed “CUSTOMER STATES” on two issues that I did not mention. Poor explanation of symptoms. Oil life was not reset. No car wash after $6000 repair….?!?! But got one for vehicle that was in fir oil change.
