I was informed that my truck recall update will be done and we will call you when it is finished. I was waiting for over 1 hour with no time or update as to when my truck would be ready. When sitting in the waiting room even at a doctors office they update you every 15 minutes. I didn't even get an idea of when it would be complete. Very poor customer service by the service customer care. I know the manager in service is attentive but his employees SUCK.

After I had a battery replaced the engine light came on. Drove the 25 miles back to find out that they forgot to connect the battery sensor when they changed the battery. Thank you Steve, our service rep. for finding the issue. Would not have been bad if it hadn’t been snowing all the way out and back.

I went and had an oil change last week Monday. When I came home the oil level was high. Two days later I went back to the dealership to have another change done. When I looked at the oil level after 50 minutes the level was higher than when I came in. I took it back into the service department they took some oil out. Then, I kept track of the oil level for 4 days. It was still high. I went back this morning, and a new oil change was done. Now the level is perfect.

Came in for an oil change/tire rotation and was notified that my car needed several fluid changes. I am so glad the service department keeps track of my cars needs and helps me stay on top of the service. I went to lynch because it’s closer but I get much better service at Holz. Holz can do an oil change and tire rotation in 20-30 minutes. It always takes well over an hour at Lynch. Both places have missed issues with the car, they say they do an inspection but they don’t.

From start to finish every single person we interacted with was kind and accommodating. I had my 3 and 4 year old boys with me and they can be a handful! I brought my Tahoe in for service over several issues. One of them was the radio that intermittently changes channels without me, pressing any buttons or physically changing them. They charge me to fix it, told me it was fixed, and it still is doing the same thing you did Before I brought it in for service. I also was given a free car detail for a problem that occurred back in December where they said they had fixed a tire and did not. Well, they did do a detail of my car, it wasn’t a full detail which would’ve included Shampooing of the rugs and a wax of the exterior of the vehicle. This was my understanding that I would receive this entire service and not just an interior detail, which is what I received. Normally, I hate surveys, but I wanted to do the survey to not only complain about the service, but of course, the overall price which is extremely expensive

Proactive communication would have been helpful. I came for an oil change and re-call to program a module. After an hour I started looking for an update, but my service writer wasn't around. I finally asked another writer who had to run in the back to find out more and later confirmed that there was an issue with the re-program and they had to try it again. Overall the service took about an hour and a half.

Yesterday I bought a 2023 Equinox. As I drove it home in the rain, one of the wipers was torn and didn’t wipe properly. Took a long time for them to get me to pay bill after they brought the car into the bay. There were 4 cars in line. Also the last couple of times no car wash. Talk to a neighbor who had air put in her tires and came back washed. No charge.one time I spent just about $900 on new tires and no wash.

When I got my truck back, there was damage to the driver's door. There was a deep scratch in the door from a tool or something. Both of our work vehicles are service by you. So, obviously we are not happy.

I used the Chevy build/buy website to select the features I wanted on a new Trailblazer. Once completed it lists dealerships with Trailblazers that matched what I wanted. Lynch was listed as having the exact match. When I called to inquire if the crimson metallic Trailblazer listed on the website was still on the lot, I was connected to Nick Behling. Nick advised me that the vehicle was no longer available however there was a white Trailblazer with all the same features. I live an hour away in Illinois, so we scheduled an appointment for the next day for me to come in for a test drive. Nick greeted me at the door and had the Trailblazer ready for the test drive. I made the decision to move forward with the purchase and trade in my Jeep. I was pleased with the trade-in value that was offered. Nick helped me access the credit application on the computer. I completed it and then met with Ryan for signatures. Nick went through many of the features in the vehicle which was appreciated. Although it was an approximate 4-hour experience, I was pleased with the entire process and am glad I chose Lynch and especially glad that I was connected with Nick in sales. Thanks Nick!!! My only complaint is that my new Trailblazer did not come with an owner's manual...I am guessing that would be on Chevrolet rather than the dealership.

The sales manager Dan and salesman Tyler where both great to work with. I stopped in for information on a 2025 Trail Boss and to get information on leases. Dan and Tyler were both very helpful and answered all my questions with no sales pressure even offered to value my trade even when they knew I would not be buying at that time so I could be more informed. All of this was done in a very relaxed atmosphere again without the high pressure salesmanship which I appreciated as the truck was not exactly what I was looking for. When I got home I told my fiancé about my time there and if it was possible Lynch would be where I want to buy a truck I shopped other dealerships only to be met with the usual high pressure sales tactics, low trade offers high payments more down payment and felt like I had to fight for every inch. When I decided to go with a 3.0 diesel I remembered there was one at Lynch so I stopped back in and was met again with a very pleasant friendly no pressure atmosphere. I think Dan realized I was done shopping as he mentioned I looked excited. I asked to see the diesel Trail Boss he had onsite and asked for his best number on a lease with what I could put down and that I would be trading in my Jeep, then Tyler and I took the truck for a drive. When we came back Dan was ready with the deal, a fair price for my Jeep, the down payment I could afford and a fair payment for the Trail Boss. No games no tactics just a truly fair price and payment. When I went into the financing office nothing changed. The payment stayed the same as I was told. There was no extra fees no extra taxes and no high pressure everything was very relaxed and a lot of fun. Which is what car buying should be. I could not be happier with my experience at Lynch and will recommend them to everyone I know looking to purchase a vehicle

Made an appointment through the app. Appointment was confirmed both through email and notification through the app. When I arrived for the appointment, the service advisor (Steve Thomas) told me they wouldn’t be able to service my vehicle because they were overbooked. He said that one of the service team members tried to call to reschedule but had the wrong phone number, thus never got a call. Steve went on to tell me just because I get confirmation emails and notifications doesn’t mean that my appointment is has been confirmed. After some back and forth and verbalizing my frustration he finally agreed to perform the simple oil change that I had come in for.

I dropped my Traverse off early at about 10 AM and got the call at about 11:30 saying it was ready to be picked up! Had a oil change done, while sitting in the waiting room I saw my Colorado being returned. Sat 15 minutes waiting for my serviceman to come and get me. Nobody came so I went back to the desk where I checked in and nobody was there. Another serviceman asked if he could help me and I told him thats my truck all done. He had to go look for the paper work then return.

2020 Chev Colorado my fifth or sixth Chev and was ready to buy 2026 Seriously looking at Ford or Toyota. Transmission has been serviced four or five times and not covered. GM should take responsibility for this. Not user error or doing. Not good for GM more like Chrysler mini vans of the past.

Brought my 2022 truck in due to a noise it was making. $1300 later got it home to find out it is still making the same noise. Inquired if a military discount would apply while checking out, was just stared at kind of dumbfounded and told yeah it doesn't look like it's on there as the charge processed. That said the service department staff were friendly and the accommodations comfortable while I waited. Typically have a good experience here, but this one has been frustrating.

This was my first visit to this dealership and it was very positive! The Service Manager was friendly and professional and he was able to schedule service for my truck very quickly! Honestly the service was very disappointing. I bought the car from Lynch I thought making the 40 minute drive to your service department would be worth the trip, never again. I took a video of the issue that was happening on my 2025 Traverse with only 6000 miles. On arriving my son was told if the car was not exhibiting that very behavior at that moment there was nothing that could be done. He told the service manager that there were similar reports on YouTube. The service manager refused to even look. Instead my son spent an hour and half driving around trying to reproduce the problem. I coached him to go back and push the service manager. Why should I have to do this?? Finally the service manager went and got another person (maybe his manager) who told him to search the word “vibration” in the computer. Immediately the issue came up and could be reproduced and addressed. Why wouldn’t that be the very first thing that a service manager would do. I hope you can coach your staff.

Solved my problem as to reprograming my dash on my 2020 Silverado. Wish I would have received more of a cause of the missing odometer and Program Cluster error than what needed to be done. Experience. For the past year and a half when I would get my oil changed I mention about a check engine light that would be on then off. You never offered to do anything about it until the warranty had expired. Hence costing me over 1 thousand dollars. I find that to be very interesting.

I took my truck in and it ended up having a bad injector. They replaced the injector, but clearly didnt test drive or check to see if the problem was fixed because the truck went right back into limp mode when I picked it up. Didn't even get out of the parking stall. They then said they needed to replace a wire harness pigtail. Very frustrating coming in to pick up my truck multiple times given it is a 45 minute drive for me. Nice people, but they need to double check their work.

Went in for my first oil change on my 2024 Silverado ZR2. The service bay was clean as usual and help was immediate. Upon leaving they reminded me that my initial oil change was "on them" and then I still have enough points for the next oil change. It's service like this that keeps me coming back to Lynch. I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and service for my car not running ok when accelerating. Once my car was inside to get checked in , I was informed that I need tires and I replied yes I know and I am getting them through Costco. the service dept. associate then asked why I don't get them from Lynch? I replied because I can save more, he then said , well I'm not even going to rotate your tires, they are balled! Well I guess because I decided to save my money on my tires gives this associate the ok to be rude .Plus I guess spending over $700 does not entitle me to a free car wash either.

As always Scott’s group at Lynch service was stellar! Pedro and Pete are my guys! Pedro got me scheduled for my regular oil change and tire rotation. They also were able to update my mother screen which was glitching at times. They installed both air filters as well which cost more that I can get them for bit no install charge, which helped because we were leaving the next day to Florida… super helpful and great attitude by the whole team

I will never go back to your dealership for service. When we purchased our new car, the radio would not turn off the dealership said they’ll order a new one. We called several weeks later and they said it’s still on the way. We then called again a few weeks later and they said they never had one on order. When it finally came in, we were going to have it installed and their computer system went down. We rescheduled again and they said they weren’t sure if their computer was up and running yet they would call us when they knew it was. They never called us.

The service was pefformed at the level that I expected and timely. However I am disappointed that the copy of the 27 point review as expected to be performed by the tectnician is not provided to the customer. This makes the customer question whether the inspection is performed since it is not documented for the customer. The customer has no record on how the tires are wearing , how the brakes are wearing , whether the wipers need replacing, etc.

A little disappointed. Less than 6 weeks earlier I had my truck in for the same issue. Now I am not sure which sensors were replaced at that time other than 2 sensors were replaced. Now i had to bring it back in and two more sensors were replaced. I do know now that there are a total of 4 sensors. If they were 2 different ones why weren't they replaced the first time. If they were the same two, what caused the new ones to go bad?

I walked in for my scheduled appt and both service members were on the phone and did not acknowledge me for several minutes. There were no updates during my appt. I was there for 1.5 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. Seems way too long.

Service Personal are helpful and professional, time to complete a basic oil change, rotation and fuel filter swap was north of two hours, an activity that I can do at home in ~35 minutes. Car wash post service was not available, another benefit that many of us look forward to, especially during the winter months.

Had my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation and when I picked up my vehicle the dealership could not even run my vehicle through the car wash after the service was completed.I have seen mail inserts saying a car wash after any service.Talk about false advertising.

Renee, salesperson, was excellent! We were originally interested in a 2026 Trax. She gave us a lot of positive info on it & we took it for test drive. After returning, my husband looked at an 2026 Equinox & decided he liked it. Renee immediately gave us info on it & we took it for a test drive. We ultimately decided on Equinox. She spend a lot of time explaining features on it. I'm a senior citizen trading in a 8 yr. old car. She was very patient & thoroughly explained everything to me which I really appreciated.
